Manitoulin Island

Ferry Chi-Cheemaun

I have been living in Ontario , Canada for the Last 15 months , I also have an Aunt Living here ,She has been over here for around 50 years . In that time the last time I seen her was in 1969 were i was only 9 yrs old . So now time has flown by and 39 yrs later I go and Visit My Aunt who Lives On Manitoulin Island.

I was Nervous about the Visit as it been so long , Also I have 2 cousins over in Canada to and i got in touch with Anne Casson My Cousins wife and we had a chat on Face book , I told her i was only 2 Hrs away from the Island By Ferry so she invited me over . There was a little bit of Planing to do Like Hire a car book the Ferry and what and how things will turn out , as it been a very long time .

The Car and ferry got booked and now I was ready to go ,I arrived at the Docks and waited for the Ferry Chi-cheemaun to turn up , It took some time to get in . The wait in the Docks Felt like a very long time as there was nothing to do for me there ,Except wait then I hear a Blast on the Ferry,s Horn and it was time to go on Board and Sail
To Manitulin Island for a few days , I am looking Forwards to see my Aunt as it's been a Long time.

gives you an idea of what to do and say on the blog.

Hi Gwyn ,
Got a comment back from the lad in Lethbridge, wants to know who you are and if you work for H&R, so that he can catch up with you. Let me know by e-mail. Thanks
